Richmond, VA—It is with great pleasure that Alloy Polymers, Inc. announces the establishment of an Annual Subhash Pahuja Leadership awards program.

Alloy Polymers, Inc. announced the Subhash Pahuja Leadership Award December 3, 2007. The Subhash Pahuja Leadership Award will be presented yearly to an Alloy Polymers, Inc. Associate for outstanding leadership achievements. These achievements will be grounded in the following standards: Leadership, ability to Build, Solve, Imagine and exhibit the highest level of Integrity. One Associate will be selected from the Richmond, Gahanna, and Crockett Sites as well as one Associate from Corporate. These Associates will be designated as the Site and Corporate Leadership Award winners. The Leadership Team will then select “one” recipient for the Subhash Pahuja Leadership Award. The winner will be announced during the Annual Leadership Conference. The first annual Leadership Conference will take place January 2008.
