Our Vision statement describes our view to the future. It will guide us everyday in our actions, thoughts and deeds. In order to serve our customers to the best of our ability every day, we focus on the three critical components of our vision. All of our actions reflect our commitment to these covenants of our vision.





Customer Satisfaction

Customer Satisfaction means that we strive to "delight" and satisfy the customer requirement and specifications for our customers; whether it's scheduling flexibility, meeting special processing and material specification requirements, logistics needs and support and meeting promised ship dates. The Alloy Polymers team views customer requirements and needs as "absolutes" and we do everything possible to deliver our very best effort to achieve them.

"Can - do" is a very basic and guiding principal of what has brought Alloy Polymers to its current state. We continue to focus on the future with the same zest for the "Can - do" philosophy.


Associate Fulfillment

At Alloy Polymers, we focus ourselves on the welfare and well being of both the company as well as one another. From a practical standpoint, this means encouraging all of our associates to look at all of our actions from a 'holistic' standpoint. It means doing every job and every function with pride and excellence. It means teaming with our fellow associates with honesty, dignity and respect.

Therefore, in a larger sense, Associate Fulfillment as a covenant of Alloy Polymers goes directly to the heart of its people - its associates. We wish for every associate to be fulfilled in their professional capacity to the best of their abilities. We are committed to offering our associates opportunities to grow both as individuals and as teams everyday.


Continuous Transformation

In this part of our vision, we wish to continually transform ourselves - to improve. We look for large-scale transformations every day at Alloy Polymers - 'change' is continuous. We set goals to improve our practices for ourselves and the hurdles we must cross to achieve those goals.

In the beginning, Alloy Polymers focused strictly on being a pure Toll Compounder. We have recently transformed the business by acquiring Gahanna, OH, Crockett, TX and Orange, TX, establishing a 'Color Excellence Center' and becoming a leading player in the color industry. Additional transformations are inevitable in the future and we will embrace them.

In customer satisfaction for example; continuous improvement in the area of yields, safety and overall quality to our customers are all part of our commitment to continually transform ourselves.

Continuous Transformation, when combined with Customer Satisfaction and Associate Fulfillment, allows Alloy Polymers to achieve its vision.
